The Outline Business Case (OBC) prepared by RAM for the Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership (SWLEP) has been published on the SWLEP website and is available for review. This document has been produced supporting the proposed grant of £1.35m by SWLEP to RAM for the development of the project. This document is similar to a business plan and gives details and assumptions surrounding the project. This was one of the key documents we were waiting for, along with the RAM Community Liason Group QA and the Planning Application, which has yet to be submitted.
